We spent a week in this hotel. The room was clean. Water in the shower was too hot and the temperature is hard to adjust. Sleeping with the windows open is not recommended - there is a lot of noise from outside. But on the other hand: you stay within walking distance of the Termini station, the main station of Rome with all the busses and metros. It's easy to explore Rome with public transport from here. You don't really need a Roma Pass. Breakfast is fine and staff is friendly.
