Staff were friendly. The bathroom wasn't quite as it should be but our overall impression of this hotel, which is located near the foreign embassies in Rome and near the Termini station, was good. This hotel is an excellent base for exploring Rome.

Tiny tiny room. Asked for and got a different room, slightly bigger. Door rotten from mositure in the bathroom. Breakfast was yuck, cold coffee. Friendly service though.
