The hotel is in an excellent location as it's in the centre of Rome and it's near Termini. The nearest metro stop is a ten minute walk from the hotel. The rooms aren't huge but they were comfortable and had a TV. Breakfast was pleasant and the service was ok. There are some really nice restaurants in the area.

There were five of us.When we arrived at this hotel we were a bit take aback. The hotel was covered in scaffolding. When we got inside we could see how nice it actually was. We had double and a triple room. The double room was supposed to have a Kingsize in it but that wasn't the case. The room was also a bit on the small side. However, everything was lovely and clean. We had plenty of clean towels during our stay. There were a few things broken in the room and we did tell them. They then proceeded to fix things. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there are two bus stops in the street which will take you to Termini. You can take busses everywhere from Termini. The breakfast is really extensive. There's a computer in the lobby which you can use which has free internet on it. We were also allowed to print our boarding passes. We were able to leave our baggage in the hotel when we left and when we arrived.

Because we thought our room was a bit dark we asked for another. No problem at all and we got a room in the corner with 2 windows. We had to print our boarding passes and that was no problem. Extensive breakfast, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff and everything within easy reach. Must.
