The staff of Hotel Celio have no idea what it takes to manage a hotel in a customer friendly way. No smiles, communication problematic (staff speaks no or very bad English). Breakfast consists of a croissant, a bread roll, jam, butter, cheese spread and a glass of yellow liquid. Everything in cling-film and wrapped per portion. We wanted to take the shuttle bus to the airport. The manager refused to call, "we only ring for taxis, use your mobile". We had to be ready for departure at 6.45AM and we had asked for a bread roll and some coffee the day before. No. We literally just stared at each other with open mouths. Mind you, we paid 280 euros/night for this hotel. This hotel absolutely does not offer what they claim on their website. One major disappointment of hot air.
