We stayed in La Place in Pisa from 1 to 3 October 2007. It is located in front of the station, on a few minutes walk from the city. Rooms are a bit small, but fine if you are staying for just a couple of days. Staff is very friendly and speaks English.

Close to train and bus station. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Tower lies 20 minutes on foot from the hotel, main shopping street lies 5 minutes on foot. Staff is very friendly and most of them speak perfect English. They were very friendly to our little one. Good, adjustable airco. Rooms could use redecoration, but are very clean and cosy. Cot was free and new. Our room looked out over the courtyard. If you arrive by car, it is best to use the outside parking (price may vary, apparently) - on street parking is rather expensive. Getting out of town is easy.
