Moderate hotel, shower without curtain everything will be drenched. No refrigerator on the room. Food very one-sided. Cleaning good!Free safe is not present! Envelope with content at the counter! Had to pay a deposit of 50 Euro at out arrival because we didn't have a creditcard! Terrible elevator, you could just fit in with your suitcases.It is fine for a couple of days, but not a recommend for a longer stay.

Metro is 50 metres from the hotel. The rooms were clean but the shower as small. Breakfast was nice and if you want a better one then book a hotel with more stars. Compare the prices and make a decision. We didn't pay a deposit either. This is a nice hotel for a long weekend in Milan.

The hotel doesn't have many breakfast tables when compared to the amount of rooms. This means breakfast is chaotic as all the tables are full and too many people want to eat. Breakfast itself tastes really nice.

The so-called airco was in fact a cannel that stood in direct contact with the other rooms. The result was that we had a night full of the noises of talking, television and intercourse. To our amazement the front desk agreed that there were several noisy rooms, while we specifically asked for a quiet room. They just ignored our complaints! During the formal complaints procedure with the hotel chain, we were told that hotel Amadeus was to be removed from the hotel chain, because lots of people had complained. They recognised our complaint and we got a coupon to stay in one of the hotel chain's other hotels. All in all: you pay a 3-star price, but stay in a youth hostel. Don't book here.
