The room itself wasn't really bad, but because the hotel is located at a busy traffic road we couldn't open the windows due to the noise and the airco didn't work so it got really hot.I thought that we booked a non-smoking room, but this turned out to be the other way round. We ordered a museum card for one day, because at the first of May everything would probably be closed. That was right, the card first costed 24 Euro p.p., the Prado and the Reina Sofia both costed 6 Euro p.p. You can only visit two museums a day and due to the crowdedness this was actually useless. So a tip!!! Don't advize this anymore. Furthermore, we njoyed ourselves, it's a tremendous city and we will return some time.Greetings, Helen Stevens.
