I stayed here for 4 days to do Christmas shopping. Good location, Heathrow express and then the underground. As mentioned before, the rooms are not very big. They are building behind the hotel starting at 8 in the morning so woke up early to go shopping. Friendly service.

We have been here 3 times 2 of those times with an 2 and 3 year-old child. Very beautiful design hotel. Lovely but small rooms ( as always in London) Very friendly staff to our little one too. Great taken care of with a childsbed. Breakfast is very good. Located near Oxford Street/Hyde park en the Marble Arch and Bond Street underground. Very good!
