They said there would be a swimming pool available . The swimming pool was there but you had to pay 5 pounds extra for it...i think that was a rip off anf it wasn't mentioned on the internet either..

Perfect hotel for a few nights. Simple but well kept room. Beds okay. Breakfast very good. Friendly service. Kensington is a nice district with good restaurants. And the hotel is located very close to the metro station connected to the circle line. What more could you possibly want from your city trip?

Beds are not great, room a bit small but we didn´t really mind, the bath was a bit dirty because of the fungus in the joints. The food is not very good either and there weren´t many drinks in the hotel bar. Besides that it was fine.

The room was simple, but the rest definitely compensated! Perfect location close to the underground, beautiful neighbourhood at walking distance from Hyde Park. Health club is a blessing, coming out of the cold English weather and jump straight into the Jacuzzi.

Neat hotel, close to the subway. Service is good, nice staff. Rooms isnt really big but not too small either. Bed was obviously used often. We had to sleep tight against eachother because the matrass hung through in the middle. Food was excellent, at morning an extensive English breakfast and at night there were several options

Nice hotel, close to subway, staff is a representative survey of the present English population, which means there are a lot of foreigners working there. They really make an effort. Beds are good, shower a bit cramped. Nice swimmingpool and a lot of 'work out'equipment for 5 pnds per person, per day. For English standards its a very good hotel for a reasonable price
