Well looked after.however, the rooms were a bit small.good breakfast in the cafe next to the hotelseveral local restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the areaWell accessible by bus and underground.We stayed on the side of the hotel located at the road, as a result of which we did, however, have a bit of noise pollution from the traffic but with earplugs that was easy to solve.

We booked 2 night in Areeiro, but at arrival it turned out to be that it was fully booked. The receptionist told us that we didn't book. So they dumped us in a very old and moist guesthouse, next to the hotel. They told us that we could sleep the next night in the hotel. We didn't have to pay extra for it, so it was obvious that they messed up themselves. The next day we could move all our suitcases to the hotel again. The guesthouse was very bad, we almost got no sleep at all. The bed was old and was squeaking. I don't know if this happens a lot, but we paid too much for that first night. We don't want a refund, but we would like a reaction from our travel agency though.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, no problem. Breakfast at the bar next to the hotel. Free use of the internet. A great location. An underground and bus stop nearby!

Price/quality-ratio: ok. Only one escape route. They advised us to screem out of the window in case of a fire. Not the most fireproof place.
