This was a large apartment with an excellent view. October is a fantastic month in Gandia as there are hardly any tourists and the weather is fantastic (over 25 degrees). The beach which is huge was practically empty and the it was really quiet at night. The food was awful here. After one meal we cancelled all the others (even gave us our money back). The hotel is full of retired Spanish people in October who are provided with a free holiday. The state feels that old people can survive on war rations. The service was really nice. This is a great place to stay in and you don't spend that much time here anyway.

The location was nice. At the end of the Playa. I can recommend this place to people who really love Spain. 95% of the people staying here are Spanish and there aren't many foreign people staying here. The receptionists speak English and French. The dining room is really busy and there are lots of children running about, there's lots of variety though. It's interesting to see how Spanish children deal with their children. This hotel is the best value for money ever. Never stayed in a Spanish hotel that was better. The pool was large and really well maintained. The beach was really quiet and in the weekends it was like having a private beach. This place is quite near Ganadia which has a busy beach and lots and lots of shops (clothing shops). The area surrounding here is really nice. Benidorm isn't very far away. You could also go on a day trip to Alicante or Valenica. The bus and train connections are great. A car is useful hear and it's near the toll-roads and the highways.
