We read a lot of negative comments. But we did not agree with it! The room was large, the breakfast was perfect, the personnel was friendly.

Dear sir, madam, Because of the positive reviews about the Nikko Hotel on D-reizen's website we had height expectations. However, when we arrived and contrary to our expectations we were told that we could use the pool at an additional charge of 15 euros per person per visit. The website also clearly stated that the car park located near the hotel was free and the website also indicated that the pool was free. We just assumed that we would be able to use these widely advertised facilities. Apart from these two disappointments the room also didn't live up to our expectations. There were two suspicious looking stains on the curtains and on the bathmat. There was a Japanese breakfast served here which was no longer available 45 minutes before closing time. The staff here weren't very friendly either. We complained about everything to the hotel but we also expect a full explanation from you D-reizen. Yours sincerely, D.Wesseldijk.

Hotel is a nice location. 10 minute walk to the centre. Everything looked well maintained. The service was excellent. Breakfast couldn't be more extensive. This place really was great value for money!
