The receptionists were really friendly. The rooms were clean. Excellent location as it's near the centre. It's near a nice square with outdoor cafes.

The room was a bit old fashioned. There were two lights that didn't work. Breakfast was just awful. The staff weren't motivated and they didn't really care about keeping the buffet full. It wasn't very professional.

The room looked really nice but the service here was just deplorable. We couldn't find the hotel and we spent 2.5 hours walking through town trying to find it. We called the hotel to ask them if they could direct us but the receptionist said he didn't have the time to help us! When we did arrive he wasn't very friendly at all. We couldn't even park near the hotel which we didn't mind but that did mean we weren't able to empty the car nearly. He thought we should just carry everything half way across town. We had quite a lot of stuff with us as we had our 9 month old baby daughter with us. Overall: This weekend in Brussels was just a disaster. It's a shame but we can't do anything about it. We think that it's a shame that the Atlas Hotel can be spoilt by such nasty people working front of house as receptionists!

This is a really nice hotel. The room and the bathroom were lovely. Everything was really clean. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast has a lot of variety. The station and the metro station are really nearby (only a five minute walk). The receptionists were friendly and helpful. When we arrived they gave us a brochure with lots of useful information for tourists. It has maps in it of all the little areas in Brussels. We were able to leave our baggage behind on the day we left. We were able to pick it up whenever we wanted it. We can really recommend this hotel. I also thought it was excellent value for money.
